Golden
Boulder - Phenomenal mix of
Classic Blues, Jazz and Rock - (Covers and their own material). These
guys blow you away with their professionalism. They have played many
festivals and events in the UK including special gigs at the
Hard Rock Cafe Birmingham and even The prestigious
Wembley Arena! With other appearances in
Europe at music shows and festivals, members of this band have stunned
many poeple along the way. Still young in years (aged 14 at time of
writing), they play for an audience much beyond their own years.
Vinyl
Tap - “The Tap” will deliver
the tones your ears crave all wrapped up in a slick, professional
package. Vinyl Tap feature dual guitar, bass, drums, keys and
Charlotte’s powerful vocals. Having mastered all forms of classic rock
you can expect to hear the melodic strains of Van Halen’s “Jump” and
“Hold the Line” by Toto through to the galloping horses of Iron Maiden’s
“The Trooper” before finally arriving at the pounding riffage of more
recent songs including Muse’s “New Born” and “Celebrity Skin” by Hole.
All members have been in working bands for many years, semi-pro to pro,
with the youngest member being in their early 20s. Vinyl Tap are no
student band.
Six-Fifteen - The three
members of 6:15 got together for fun at the Larmertree festival in 2005,
and secured a spot in the Acoustic Roots Cafe at a quarter past six.
Their first live Performance went so well that they were asked back for
the following two days at…6:15. Having been friends for years but in
different bands, the trio first surfaced when they got together to jam
on old bluegrass tunes in the campsite at various festivals. The musical
policy eventually expanded to include material inspired by the
creativity of ‘Newgrass’, via 70s rock and 40s jazz standards and
arrangements of the odd classical piece (somehow…)
If you need
anything from an established function band or an act in a specific genre
such as Flamenco dance or Indian dance right through to a budding youth
band to support an event then ask GB HIRE.
